Use the filters [image of filter icon] on the schedule below to view classes available by age and more. When you select a class, you'll be prompted to create an account. Your registration is for the semester (September-December). The first month's payment and $35 semester materials fee are due at the time of registration. Monthly tuition will be auto-billed to the card of your choice on the 1st of each month. 30-day notice is required for cancellation during the semester. Review your payments at any time through your Sawyer account.

Class Descriptions
Studio Art 1
We’ll explore pastel, colored pencil, watercolor, tempera and sculpture as a small group with simple instruction. A great art foundation starts here!
Studio Art 2 & 3
Created for returning students or students a minimum of 2 years prior art experience. We will focus on technique development and a variety of studio art mediums, including science illustration, watercolors, acrylic paint, mixed media.
Ceramics 1
Young children learn proper hand building techniques and vocabulary as they explore their creativity in this fine motor skill building class.
Ceramics 2 & 3
Learn the basics of successful ceramic hand building. Students learn to wedge, sculpt and hand build a variety of creative and useful art pieces. Food-safe glazes are available. Projects increase in difficulty level as students mature within the program.
Comics For Kids
From Garfield to Pikachu, we will look at some of our favorite characters and learn how to draw them. Expressions, speech bubbles, and all the basics of comic strip creation is covered in this class.
Character Illustration for Teens
In this class, we explore the wonderful world of visual storytelling through a variety of stylized character art. We draw inspiration from popular graphic novels, film, tv and games, as well as real-world photographic references.
Drawing For Kids
For students who want to deepen their ability to draw what they see. Learning to look is the foundation of this drawing class, set in a positive & relaxed environment. Confidence soars when visual connections are made and renderings improve.
Fibers & Crafts Club
Fibers & Crafts Club will explore a variety of media through guided independent exploration. In addition to needle felting, hand sewing, and embroidery, crafters will work with materials from the natural world and beyond to devise unique creations.
Homeschool Art & Science
Students enjoy this fun, positive & relaxed environment where they can explore materials, follow their creativity, naturally deepen their concentration and enhance their visual perception of the world around them. The subject matter in this class is Biology-based, with in-depth studies of plant life, animals, insects, fish & humans.
Homeschool Ceramics
Learn the basics of successful ceramic hand building. Students learn to wedge, sculpt and hand build a variety of creative and useful art pieces. Food-safe glazes are available.
Painting
In this fun and supportive class, students will explore the fundamentals of painting through hands-on projects using watercolor and acrylic. Students will learn essential techniques, brushwork, and color theory while building confidence and creative expression. Each session invites students to experiment and develop their own artistic style in a positive, process-focused environment. All levels welcome!
