Billing and Customer Service Specialist

Our bustling art studio is looking for a Billing and Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help support the wonderful families we work with every day.

What You’ll Do:

Be the face of our studio! Greet parents and families with a warm, welcoming demeanor in person, online, and over the phone.

Handle customer inquiries, class registrations, and assist with scheduling needs.

Manage monthly invoices, process payments, and ensure our billing system runs smoothly.

Work with spreadsheets and databases to keep things organized and up to date.

Collaborate with our team to support studio operations and ensure everyone feels informed and cared for.
What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, professional communicator who enjoys working with people of all ages.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you’ll keep our records and billing systems on point!).

Experience with spreadsheets and basic database management.

Part-time, up to 12 hours a week.
